What is your return policy?

All Deeper Studio products are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once your order has been completed.

If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact us via the Contact page before leaving a review. We will do our best to resolve any technical issues and aim to respond within 24–48 hours.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

A: Our products are available as digital downloads (PDF).

Q: Is my payment secure?
A: All payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment system. We never see or store your payment details.

Q: How do I access my digital download?
A: Your file will be available immediately after purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with your download link instantly.

Q: What format is the digital download?
A: PDF format, fully compatible with most devices and apps.

Q: What apps can I use?
A: Compatible with Noteshelf 3, Apple Books, GoodNotes (premium) and Foxit. Other PDF apps on iOS and Android may lose some functionality. Some products may require a premium subscription.

Q: Can I print my digital notebook?
A: Yes — our products are designed for digital use. If you choose to print, A5 cream or white paper gives the best result.

Q: Are the pages fillable digitally?

A: Yes — the PDF includes fillable text fields so you can type directly onto the pages. Depending on your app, you can also write freely using a stylus or finger.

Q: Can I share my digital download with others?
A: Digital downloads are licensed for personal use only and cannot be shared, redistributed or resold.

Q: What if my download isn't working?
A: Contact us through the Contact page and we will resolve it as quickly as possible. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

As digital files are delivered instantly upon purchase, orders cannot be cancelled once the download has been accessed. If you have an issue please contact us before leaving a review and we will do our best to help.

Q: What size are the notebooks?
A: All products are A5 size — 14.8 x 21cm.

Q: Are the journals guided or blank?
A: Deeper Studio journals are guided — each page includes thoughtful prompts. The Notes notebooks are unguided — a blank canvas for your own thoughts.

Q: Are the products suitable as gifts?
A: Yes — each notebook makes a considered gift. Gift cards are also available in £10, £25 and £50.

Q: Do you offer personalisation?
A: Not currently — personalised editions may be available in future. Sign up to the studio list to stay updated.

What is a digital notebook?

A digital notebook is a PDF file designed to be used on a tablet or phone with a note-taking app. Deeper Studio's notebooks look and feel like a physical notebook but live on your device — you write, draw, and annotate directly on the pages using a stylus or your finger.

How do I get started with my digital notebook?

After purchase you'll receive a download link by email. Open the file in your preferred note-taking app — we recommend Noteshelf 3 for Android, Apple Books for iOS, or GoodNotes (Premium). A quick start guide is included with every purchase.

Some products may require a Premium subscription, depending on your chosen app. Please check your app's subscription limits before purchasing.

Why does my notebook look different on some screens?

Screen colour varies depending on your device and display settings. Apple's True Tone adjusts colour temperature to match your environment — warmer or cooler depending on lighting. This is a display setting that can influence how colours appear on screen.

For the most accurate colours, go to Settings → Display & Brightness and turn True Tone off.
