Digital Products

All Deeper Studio products are digital downloads delivered electronically. Due to the instant nature of digital content, refunds are not available once a purchase has been completed and access to the files has been provided.

If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact us via the Contact page on our website. We will do our best to resolve any technical issues and aim to respond within 24–48 hours.

Refunds

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final once access has been granted.

If a refund is approved in exceptional circumstances, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.

If more than 15 business days have passed since a refund was approved, please contact us via the Contact page.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

By purchasing and accessing digital content from Deeper Studio, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right to cancel once the download or access to the product begins, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law for digital content.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
